Today I had the joy of running into an event by the name of Munchie Mondays run by the owner of Dusk and Ember Harley Rozales. Munchie Mondays has been a bi weekly event for over a year now. It was (this time and this time only) at the Maze Bank Arena. They had several food trucks set up and all were eager to please.

I asked Mrs. Rozales what the event was all about. She had the following to say:

“The whole point of Munchie Mondays is to help people start their weeks right. I want to help brighten peoples mood and give them a good memory. Some really weird and fun stuff happens here and I want people to experience that. Its a great place to meet people and network and experience some joy.”

After we spoke, the snow began falling. And within moments a snowball fight broke out with vendors and customers. To say that there was some wintertime fun happening is an understatement. People were laughing, and pelting each other with snow. It genuinely seemed like a good time, but I was not wearing appropriate clothes sadly. I am so happy to have seen everyone else enjoying their time at Munchie Mondays however!

The next Munchie Mondays will be BACK in legion on the 29th of December with a theme of New Years Eve! Wear your silly glasses and shiny party clothes!
